TERMS & CONDITIONS
Deposit: We only require and charge you a 15% deposit for your guaranteed reservation, the amount due is to be paid in cash on the day of your excursion or can be paid through paypal from your confirmation voucher.
Transportation: Hotels at Uvero Alto and Cap Cana will have an extra fee of US $10.00 for transportation, groups of 11 people or more pay US$ 1.00 per person.
Cancellation: Full refund 7days before the excursion date, please contact us immediately if something on your itinerary has changed so we can assist you to change or cancel your reservation.
Bad Weather: Full refund in case of bad weather and if re-scheduling is not possible.
Photos: Any pictures taken during the excursion might be posted on our Facebook page for our guests to view and download.
Groups: If you have some people who won't be able to make it to the tour, please advise us at least one day before. If not we will have to charge you US$ 25.00 for each participant in the concept of transport, food,etc.
No show: if you do not show up for the scheduled tour, no refund will be issued, as our ability to fill the seat will be lost.
