Deposit: We only require and charge you a 25% deposit for your guaranteed reservation, the amount due is to be paid in cash on the day of your excursion or can be paid through paypal from your confirmation voucher.
Cancellation: Full refund 7days before the excursion date, please contact us immediately if something on your itinerary has changed so we can assist you to change or cancel your reservation.
Bad Weather: Full refund in case of bad weather and if re-scheduling is not possible.
Photos: Any pictures taken during the excursion might be posted on our Facebook page for our guests to view and download.
No show: if you do not show up for the scheduled tour, no refund will be issued, as our ability to fill the seat will be lost.
